Honoring Those Who Served

In recognition of Veterans Day, JW Reed Christian Academy honors the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces.

We hold a special appreciation for our founder, Emeritus Presiding Bishop Jeremiah Reed, an Army veteran of the Korean War. We honor his military service and reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and commitment of those who have served our nation.

To the veterans among our school families, church, and broader community: we are deeply grateful for your service and perseverance. We also recognize your loved ones, who have supported you and made sacrifices of their own.

“A veteran is someone who wrote a blank check made payable to ‘The United States of America’ for an amount up to and including my life”

May God bless our veterans abundantly and protect those who continue to serve. Today and always, we honor you with grateful hearts.
